Inclement Weather Policies
When weather conditions change, your safety is our first priority. This page provides the latest information about worship services, church activities, and schedule changes during inclement weather.
We prayerfully and carefully consider a variety of factors when making decisions about closures or delays, and we encourage everyone to use their best judgment based on conditions in their own area. Whether onsite or online, our hope is to help you stay informed and connected with our church community, even when the weather is uncertain.
Winter Weather
Our current snow policy is that Sunday worship will take place as scheduled, unless conditions make it unsafe or impossible to gather. In making that decision, we carefully consider several factors, including:
- The ability to provide reasonably safe parking lots and sidewalks
- Road conditions at and around our church entrances
- The timing, amount, and type of precipitation
- Overall weather forecasts and conditions
Above all, we encourage everyone to use their best judgment and prioritize personal safety, especially considering conditions in your own neighborhood.
Most other church events held during the week, with a few exceptions, will follow the Williamson County School System’s schedule regarding weather-related closures or delays.
Updates will be shared through our website and communication channels as needed.
